Appalachia Triptych

This mixed-media triptych reflects my journey through East Tennessee during my college years and the transition of graduating and returning home. Combining photography, collage, typography, and found textures, I created three compositions that capture the memories, places, and experiences that shaped my time in Appalachia. The project explores themes of growth, nostalgia, and change while using layered visual storytelling, composition, and texture to communicate the emotional connection between a place and the people it impacts.
